Married, separated, pregnant for my boyfriend...will my marriage survive this?

i got married about three years ago. I have been separated for a little over a year. During this course met another man and conceived his child. I am not with him anymore. I have began seeing my husband again. He says he wants to father my child and work on our marriage. I am now attending church, repenting and having counseling with my church pastor. My husband however wants to be intimate with me and being pregnant i dont have interest in . Now keep in ind he is supposed to be saved. except when i tell him im not interested in ingaging in it, he backlashes and is filled with anger. Then says things like well you shouldnt have spread your legs and got pregnant from your boyfriend! Dont call or text me anymore! How should I deal with this and should I just leave him alone for the time being and let him sort out the things he needs to know. Then let him decide if this is something he wants to persue and can handle?
