Why does the goverment have to send out two freakin' letters about the stimulus rebate?

This is more of a rant about how absurd this stimulus package is and how it deters people from the real fricken problem like government OVERspending, costs of war, and monetary policy issues. Do you know we can't even afford to bring our troops back if we wanted too! Explain to me why its logical that I get one letter stating "the rebate should not be confused with the tax return"...I mean there's some slow people out there but I put my trust in many to know that we can differenciate between the two. The second letter will state our tax liability and the percentage we get out of the maximum handed out to each individual or married couple. So with this said...do they realize that trying to touch base with American people to make sure they're "with it up there" just cost another $2 million in paper? Dang I was going to move to Canada but i guess Bush Is combining us all together with Europe...whats that about? Is anyone else wondering WTF is going on? lol
