Philippine Post Office......?

This is to bring in your kind notice that .I am kiran Rana ,13/82-Uchana Kalan,Jind (HRY)-126115,India. Further I want to bring in your kind notice that my Friend has send a package from your Philippines on my above address, it is dep. date is feb 26 2009. I have search my package on www.philpost.gov.ph/ website but it not have info abt that ,It should be reach within 15 days but stil now I could not get it..pls help me how i can get it
