Hey ladies? I'm confused about "putting a label" on a relationship?

You don't have to feel confused or need to make any decisions. If you say your in the middle of dating him and knowing this person without calling it something, then there doesn't need to be any sort of talk unless hes asking if your very interested in him and if you'd still want to continue to date him. Maybe hes concerned you would date other people since you two aren't official. And the way he can have you is by being boyfriend and girlfriend. Right now I think he wants some kind of reurance that the two of you will still date so the two of you could one day be boyfriend and girlfriend. Try to level with him on how you feel. Ask him what a relationship would do for him, and how that would make you feel. Try to be considerate to his feelings when you say you want to slow things down because he might think you don't like him enough to want to be bf and gf.
