What if TNA secretly bought ROH, built it up for a year and then created their own SUPERBOWL (cont)....?

Superbowl of wrestling events with a major PPV pitting ROH Vs TNA. Would this generate more interest than Wrestlemania or at least more interest than all of WWE's ppvs minus Mania? I think it could be really good if done right.
