Megaman zero 3 gs codes: play as ciele?

i have played all of the megaman zero games and was getting tired of seeing zero as the playable character, dont get me wrong but i just want to be someone else for a change, so i was wondering if there was a way to change ur character so u could play as ciele, a resistence trooper, or one of the enemy troops, even a boss is fine by me.
