I like this girl, what should I do?

Well it's like this, for nearly 3 and a half years, I've known this girl. When looking back, in eighth grade I noticed that she was hinting signals to me, indicating that she was interested. But I don't know what I was thinking then, I didn't notice it, so it just flew ped me. But now I've taken an interest in her ever since ninth grade, I am in 10th grade right now going on to 11th. Although I enjoy being with her so much, but every time I try to talk to her, my stomach is filled with erflies and I'm just too nervous to even say anything. In the end of our conversion, or get together, I remain as silent as a rock. I've been planning to ask her out for months now, but I don't feel that it's right to just ask a girl to be my girlfriend without a proper date. On top of that her parents are quite strict to the fact that she isn't allowed to date, so the probability that she is able to go on a normal date is close to zero. Even so, I was planning to ask her to go to our school banquet, where I know she'll be able to attend, but it's about two months away, and I just can't wait anymore. Is there anything I should do in this case?
