Can i change my belly on ring?

I got it pierced March 16th and its July 20th. I play with it alot and it doesnt hurt. i can pull on it and turn it and it hasnt hurt me since the day i got it. I was told to check if i can change it because it looks pretty healed but i know thats not the full time i should wait. It hasnt been infected, so whats your opinion, can i change it yet?
