Stupid Math Teacher?! >:(?

My math teacher is ridiculous. I'm falling miserably behind in fractions (I'm in 5th grade :| ). Most of my cl doesn't understand it, and my teacher helps them. But when I ask for help, she says "NO!!!! I CANNOT HOLD BACK THE CL BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO UNINTELLECTUAL TO DO THIS!!!!!" so then I said, "But you helped the rest of the cl! You scheduled *anonymous name* for today at recess for help, why won't you help me?" Then she got even MADDER and said, "DON'T YOU TRY TO INTIMIDATE ME YOUNG LADY!!!!!!! HOW I TEACH IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!". So she's just gonna let me fall behind, but let other kids p. I know why she's doing this: My father works for the town newspaper and he wrote about the school's education system, and how math and science are mostly poor. Ever since, she has hated my guts! She won't let ANYBODY take notes. She says it's a distraction.So, how can I catch up in math and what do I do about my math teacher?
