I got rejected! but i think he likes me?

Well, i asked this guy named Edgar to be my Valentine, then he said that his friend likes me...? and i was like wtf?and so i got rejected. and today at lunch he kept looking at me and smiled at times. and when me and my friend were sitting on the benches today, him and his friends came over right next to us, and started doing pull ups on the monkey bars and and being weird. I'm so confused. he keeps giving me mixed signals! IDK what to do. So what do you guys think whats wrong with him? (i'm a Pisces , hes a Sagittarius)
