Will this computer run Black Ops on High settings 60fps?

I recommend that you do not get your chosen motherboard and your chosen CPU. Right now, Intel's Sandy Bridge Core i5 processors are faster and significantly cheaper than the processor that you have currently chosen. Of course, because of that you'll need to buy a new motherboard, but they will be around the same price regardless. With the money you save, you should get another 1TB hard drive but perhaps you should pick one with 32MB cache. Oh, and get a 120GB solid slate hard drive. They are significantly faster than the normal ones.
